Day planner

How do the places you want fit into each day?

The problem: with lots of places, a list alone doesn't tell you which day to visit what, or whether it's on the way. The approach: one colour per day, so the map shows at a glance which point belongs to which day; pick another day when editing an item and it moves over, with travel times updating. The sample below puts two days side by side — tap to try it.

Try it now: move Tenryū-ji to day 2

1Day 1 · Higashiyama

  1. Kiyomizu-dera
  2. Ninenzaka & Sannenzaka
  3. Tenryū-ji
  4. Gion Shirakawa

About 101 minutes of travel (straight-line estimate)

2Day 2 · Arashiyama

  1. Bamboo Grove
  2. Togetsukyō Bridge

About 14 minutes of travel (straight-line estimate)

Sketch · not a real map

Sample data: travel times are straight-line estimates (on foot within 2 km, public transport beyond that), not real routes; "same area" means within 2 km. Nothing is saved.

What it's like in use

See at a glance which day each point on the map belongs to.

  • Travel time

How long each hop takes on foot, by public transport or by car (using Google routes, with a daily limit).

  • Undo any time

Moving days, deleting and reordering can all be undone.
